Overview

Multi-Axis CNC Machining Built for Complexity

Impulse Precision Manufacturing specializes in 5-axis and multi-axis CNC machining for parts that other shops turn down. Our Wilsonville, Oregon machine shop runs a fleet of Hermle, DMG Mori, Mikron, and Okuma machining centers programmed in SolidWorks and hyperMILL CAM software, giving us the horsepower and CAM sophistication to hold micron-level tolerances on undercuts, compound angles, deep pockets, and thin-wall geometry in a single setup.

Single-setup, monolithic 5-axis machining reduces the number of fixture changes a part sees on its way to completion. Fewer setups means fewer opportunities for stack-up error, faster cycle times, and dimensionally identical parts from the first article through the ten-thousandth unit — whether you need one prototype or a scaled production run.

  • True 5-axis simultaneous & 3+2 indexed machining
  • Micron-level positional tolerances
  • Single-setup monolithic part production
  • Integrated pallet automation for lights-out runs
  • In-house CAD/CAM programming (SolidWorks, hyperMILL)
  • In-house CMM metrology & first article inspection
