Brian Foster
Brian brings over 25 years of experience building high-performance organizations across the industrial, energy, and technology sectors — founding, scaling, and exiting private firms, and leading turnarounds for global industrial and distribution companies. His toughest, most rewarding project is closer to home: he and his wife, Danielle, have raised six kids across Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi before settling the family back in Oregon.
Nathan Eckert
Nate’s journey began as a child, growing up in a special business full of custom R&D and bespoke automotive work. Fast forward through industrial education, Mechanical Engineering, and formative stints in major global aerospace and machine tool manufacturers, and we find the startup where dreams are made and passions are practiced daily. Nate and his wife, Renee, managed to launch and grow while also growing their family – contributing to major technological projects for the who’s who of the atmosphere and beyond, while also contributing to the careers of others and our community. Nate’s happiest at work when he’s elbows-deep in creative hyperMILL strategies, taking a project from the paper napkin to a beautiful, efficient, and repeatable machining process. We just need to get him an ‘ON AIR’ indicator for his office.
Tyler Puska
Tyler Puska keeps Impulse Precision’s floor running on impossible deadlines — turning complex workflows and tight schedules into finished parts, on time, every time. Walk the shop floor and you’ll usually spot him before you hear him: ear-to-ear grin, upbeat energy that’s contagious on even the toughest production days. Outside the shop, Tyler and his wife, Michelle, are busy chasing their two kids from one sport to the next.
